Welcome to Streetscape Affinity Car Club + Studios, the place where car enthusiasts gather to admire their favorite vehicles. Architect Shawn Kaffer has met with hundreds of car enthusiasts, collectors, and racers to obtain their insights into creating the ultimate environment for the car aficionado. The community features a series of intimate facilities that enhance the affinity atmosphere and establish a sense of privacy and exclusivity while allowing owners a place to showcase their individual collections. Each facility has no more than 12 privately owned ground floor garage showplaces each with spacious and well-appointed private second floor living quarters. Kaffer has also created a dynamic interior car-courtyard with a palette of high texture
materials to provide a backdrop for an expansive central bar, indoor pool, living room, gym, and immersive golf simulator.

The Streetscape Car Club features privately owned spacious Living Quarters with Showplace Garages that open to a Community Interior Courtyard featuring Concierge Service and recreational amenities. The first location is contemplated for North Scottsdale in Arizona, with additional locations also being explored.
